The Athletes Commission is composed by:
- 2 members, one representative acting on behalf of male athletes and one representative acting on behalf of the female athletes, elected during the Ski Mountaineering World Championships by the athletes who participate in these Championships.
- 2 substitute members, one representative acting on behalf of male athletes and one representative acting on behalf of the female athletes, which are the following 2 of the vote ranking.
- 1 Representative from each National Federation.
Laetitia Roux discovered the Ski Mountaineering when she was 9, thanks to his dad who practiced cross-country skiing.
17 times World Champion in all disciplines, 9 titles of European Champion and 25 titles of France Champion. Since 2012 she has been recognized as an high-level athlete by the French Gendarmerie.
Jakob Herrmann at the age of three moved with his family into a small village in the mountains in south of Salzburg called Werfenweng. His mum took he hiking and created the best surrounding for his future career.
He reached the 3rd position in the Austrian Championship Vertical race in 2014 and the 5th place World Championship Relay race in 2015.
